Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brock Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marc Dressler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dressler has chosen Raptile - Fight Back as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries a head kick but it misses.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dressler counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jones's guard now.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dressler won't allow Jones to sweep him here.

Dressler drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Dressler off! Dressler jumps back into Jones's guard.

Jones is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dressler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dressler passes easily into side control. Nice work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dressler is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jones is trying to escape and Dressler transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jones is forced to tap! Nice work there by Dressler! Very nice indeed!
