Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson comes into the arena with The game blaring out of the sound system. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thompson as he jumps to the side.
Hall avoids a punch combination nicely.
Thompson blocks a head kick by Hall.
Thompson ducks under a wild hook from Hall.
Hall misses with a combination
and Thompson counters with a single leg into guard. Hall didn't expect that.
Thompson passes Hall's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Hall is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Thompson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Thompson's back!
Thompson is in bad spot here.

Hall wants to control but Thompson manages to buck him off and is now in Hall's guard! Nice work there by Thompson!
Hall wants to sweep but no luck.
Thompson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hall's guard.
Hall has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Thompson has passed into side control.
Thompson decides to stand back up. Thompson steps back and let's Hall get back to his feet.

Thompson measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Hall! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
