Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between I Fights (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lemongrass Gogulope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fights comes to the cage accompanied by Rudies all Around. Gogulope is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Break Your Neck. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fights shoots for a double leg takedown but Gogulope sprawls well. He's pushed Fights's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gogulope misses with a left hand
and Fights counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Fights trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fights in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fights lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Fights wants to control from the top but Gogulope keeps moving.

Fights has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The ref stands the fighters back up. I Fights wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Gogulope misses with a hook. Fights ducked under it nicely.
Fights connects with a jab.
Fights shoots in looking for a takedown. Gogulope tries to sprawl out of it but Fights keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gogulope manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fights looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gogulope is fending him off so far but Fights persists. Nope, Gogulope circles away and we're back to standing.

Fights uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gogulope.
Fights drops his hands momentarily and Gogulope takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Gogulope throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Gogulope counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Fights counters with a shoot takedown. Gogulope fights it but they end up in guard.
Fights trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Gogulope is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fights is controlling him.
Fights stands and throws Gogulope's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gogulope is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fights is controlling him well.

Fights is looking to take a break and control but Gogulope is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fights tries to advance to mount but can't.
Gogulope is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fights working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

That was a close round but I would say that I Fights will probably get the nod.

Gogulope lands with an uppercut that bounces Fights off the cage and back into rage.

Gogulope lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fights takes a step back to recover.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gogulope misses with a series of wild punches.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gogulope, as that shot connected.
Gogulope fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fights manages to avoid it.
Gogulope throws a looping overhand right but Fights ducks down to avoid it.

and Fights counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fights shoots in but Gogulope avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Fights takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Gogulope looks to land a combination but Fights avoids it well.
A left and a right from Gogulope both land. Nice combination.
I Fights's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

and Gogulope connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jeez, I Fights's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at I Fights's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
