The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Voda misses its intended target.
Voda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Holliday to score with a decent uppercut.
Voda takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Voda moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Voda misses with a hook. Holliday ducked under it nicely.
Jon Voda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Holliday looks to land a right hand but Voda moved out of range.
Voda throws a looping overhand right but Holliday ducks down to avoid it.
Holliday displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Voda throws out the jab.
Voda leaves Holliday with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Holliday jabs Voda to the body, keeping him at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Holliday moves out of range of the strikes.
Holliday fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Voda looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Voda misses with a lunging right hand
and Holliday counters with a right hand to the body.
Holliday looks to land a right hand but Voda moved out of range.
Voda closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holliday connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Voda momentarily.
Voda misses with a looping left.
Nice uppercut lands for Holliday. That snapped Voda's head back.
Voda misses with a right hand
and Holliday counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Holliday digs a good hook to Voda's body.
Voda is breathing heavily.
Voda throws an off balance right hand
letting Holliday counter with a right hand.
Voda is rocked!
Voda throws out a loose jab but Holliday uses good head movement to avoid it.
Voda drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Oh Voda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Voda leaves his chin hanging out and Holliday seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Voda crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
