Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noah Cd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Abbot!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cd buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Abbot goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Cd pivots, looking for a leg kick but Abbot is out of range and Cd settles back down.
No joy there for Abbot, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Abbot will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Abbot takes a jab right on the kisser.
Abbot scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cd doesn't seem bothered though.
Abbot blocks a head kick by Cd.
Abbot misses with a leg kick
and Cd counters with an inside leg kick.
Abbot lands a jab to Cd's midsection.
Cd lands with a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cd fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Abbot has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Frank Abbot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cd is looking to land body kicks.
Abbot misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cd moves forwards but Abbot connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Cd throws a push kick but Abbot slaps the foot to one side.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cd bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Cd fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Abbot walks into a stiff left hand from Cd.
Abbot takes a jab right on the kisser.
Abbot rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cd moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Abbot lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Cd shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Cd explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Abbot takes a swing at Cd's ribcage but misses.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Cd, right into the meat.
Cd feints and then cracks Abbot's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Abbot down.

Cd will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Abbot throws a combination. Cd tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Cd dodges the punch combination from Abbot.
Cd displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Abbot throws out the jab.

Cd gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Cd lands with a kick to the temple. Abbot shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cd throws a wild body kick that Abbot sees coming a mile off.
Cd drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A bone on bone clash there as Abbot blocks the leg kick.
Abbot throws a series of punches but Cd avoids them all with ease.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Cd throws a low kick but Abbot moves out of range easily.
Abbot on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Abbot fails to land with a series of punches.
Cd blocks a jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Noah Cd will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Abbot lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cd circles away quickly and effectively.
