The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halilov dives in and grabs Bondoc's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bondoc pushes down on Halilov's head and hops out.
Halilov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bondoc as he avoids it easily.
Halilov shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Amir Halilov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bondoc tries to clinch there but Halilov circles away.

Halilov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bondoc avoids it really well and circles away.
Bondoc lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bondoc.
It looks like Amir Halilov has been cut.

Oooooh!!! Bondoc has knocked Halilov down with a huge combo! Bondoc steps away and waves a wobbly Halilov back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bondoc clinches with his opponent.
Oh Halilov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bondoc will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Halilov up against the ropes.
Bondoc throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Halilov blocks it with crossed arms.
Bondoc lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Halilov backwards.
Halilov seems to have got his legs back now.
Bondoc is struggling to control the position.
Bondoc escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Halilov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Halilov working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Halilov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Bondoc is not content to let Halilov control the position.
Halilov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Halilov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Halilov tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Halilov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bondoc keeps working.
Halilov has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Bondoc!
Halilov trying to control but Bondoc is having none of it.
Halilov with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Halilov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bondoc is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bondoc and Halilov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Halilov has an Americana. Bondoc didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Halilov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Halilov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
