Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Rider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saul Reznor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reznor has chosen Shook Ones by Mobb Deep as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Rider! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Saul Reznor! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reznor misses with a two punch combination.
Reznor lands with a cross. Rider throws an overhand right that lands on Reznor's shoulder, as Reznor tries to avoid the shot. Rider throws out a loose jab but Reznor uses good head movement to avoid it. Reznor shoots in but Rider avoids the takedown attempt easily. A kick lands to the mid section there for Rider. Reznor thows a body shot but no joy. Rider throws a head kick but Reznor moves out of range.
Reznor misses with a body punch
and Rider counters with a nice uppercut. Rider misses with a wild body shot. Reznor looks to land a combination but Rider avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reznor uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rider. Rider closes this distance looking for a takedown but Reznor circles away. Rider connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. A looping hook to the body misses from Rider. Reznor does a little dance to reset his feet. Rider pushing out the jab but it's not landing. The crowd cheers as Rider lands an impressive looking overhand right. Reznor doesn't seem phased though. Rider misses with a lunging right hand
and Reznor counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rider throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rider fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Reznor to the ground. Rider is now in Reznor's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rider throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Reznor is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rider defends well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rider throws and elbow that misses. Reznor uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rider's guard. Nice move by Reznor! Reznor drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Rider manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Reznor has Rider in his guard. Rider is sitting in close to Reznor's body. Reznor has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Rider is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Rider is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Reznor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Saul Reznor!
