Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Luke Alkofer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Conroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alkofer's entrance music is Jump Jump - Busta Rhymes. A fine choice. Conroy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. AC/DC - Big Balls kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conroy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Alkofer has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Conroy forces Alkofer back against the cage and clinches. Alkofer blocks an elbow strike from Conroy.
Alkofer misses with some punches.
Conroy pushes off an throws an elbow but Alkofer leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Conroy comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. A head punch on the inside from Alkofer fails to land. Alkofer avoiding damage as Conroy throws knees to the body.
Conroy unloads a knee to the mid-section. Alkofer lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Conroy lands a good knee to the midsection. Alkofer won't want to take too many of those. Conroy is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Alkofer is trying to break free. Conroy using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Alkofer tries to break free but Conroy pushes him back against the cage. Alkofer tries to stall but Conroy uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Conroy lands a knee to the body.
Alkofer misses with a hook from the clinch. Alkofer scores with a shoulder strike. Conroy unloads a knee to the mid-section. Conroy dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Conroy throws an elbow but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice elbow from Conroy. Alkofer is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Alkofer has a couple of punches blocked by Conroy.
Alkofer throws a punch but it's blocked by Conroy. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Alkofer takes an elbow to the temple. Alkofer misses with the head strike.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Conroy. Conroy keeps control of Alkofer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Conroy pressing his opponent against the cage. Conroy lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Conroy is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Conroy throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Alkofer blocks it with crossed arms. Conroy lands an elbow just above Alkofer 's eye. Conroy lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Conroy blocks an uppercut.
Conroy is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Conroy unloads a knee to the mid-section. Alkofer lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Conroy blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Alkofer is trying to force a seperation but Conroy has the dominant position. Alkofer swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Conroy lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Alkofer. A battle for position here, against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Conroy lands an elbow just above Alkofer 's eye.
Alkofer is rocked! With the fighters up against the cage, Conroy throws an elbow but misses. Conroy lands a damaging elbow. Oh Alkofer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Alkofer takes an elbow to the temple. Conroy gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Conroy throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Both fighters working to control the clinch. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Conroy just misses with a elbow thrown towards Alkofer's brow. Alkofer has had enough of the clinch but Conroy keeps him there for the moment. Conroy connects with a knee to the head.
Conroy gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Conroy jerks Alkofer's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Alkofer drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Conroy goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Conroy because Alkofer was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
