Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canuck plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Canuck looks to clinch

and Yre counters with a nice double leg into side control. Canuck won't be happy with that.
Yre slows the pace down.

Yre decides to stand back up. Yre steps back and let's Canuck get back to his feet.
Yre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Canuck's waist but Canuck gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Yre off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yre shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Canuck as he jumps to the side.

Canuck shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yre pinned against the cage. Yre gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Yre fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Canuck, pushing him back against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
