Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane Carwin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Sin!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sin cracks a nice hook into Carwin's ribs.
Sin sizes up Carwin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.


It looks like Shane Carwin has been cut.
Carwin checks a leg kick.
Sin walks into a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carwin thows a body shot but no joy.
Carwin doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Carwin is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheers as Sin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Carwin doesn't seem phased though.
Sin throws a series of strikes that have Carwin backpedaling.
Carwin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sin.
Carwin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Carwin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sin scores with a shot to the body.
Sin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Sin. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sin.

Carwin slips a straight right by Sin.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sin drops Carwin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Carwin looks back up at him and smiles so Sin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.


Carwin is rocked!
Tim Sin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sin connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Carwin covering up! Sin comes in with a big uppercut and Carwin goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Tim Sin!
