Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stephen Keyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Z (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Z has chosen New York as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Z looks for a takedown but Keyes sprawls well.
Z lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Z.

Z throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Keyes lands a nice shot to the body.
Z connects with the punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Keyes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Keyes's jab looks to have found its range, popping Z under the eye.

Jay Z seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Z connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Keyes momentarily.
Keyes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Z looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Keyes is fending him off so far but Z persists. Nope, Keyes circles away and we're back to standing.
Stephen Keyes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Z.

Z shoots in for a takedown but Keyes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Keyes lands a big head kick that sends Z tumbling to the mat! Keyes takes a step backwards and waves Z back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Z is rocked!
Keyes throws out a loose jab but Z uses good head movement to avoid it.
Z is still on wobbly legs! Can Keyes finish him?
Keyes throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Z.
Keyes throws a hook but Z blocks it.
Stephen Keyes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A nice leg kick lands there from Keyes.
Z throws a hook but Keyes avoids it easily.
Keyes lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Z throws a body punch but Keyes moves out of range.
Z gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Keyes gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Z is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
