Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Victor Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Wiggin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Victor Hawk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrew Wiggin! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wiggin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hawk as he jumps to the side. Hawk shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wiggin sprawls well. Wiggin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hawk gets slowly back to his feet. Wiggin tries a head kick but it misses.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Hawk shoots in looking for a takedown but Wiggin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hawk's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Victor Hawk. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hawk blocks a head kick by Wiggin.
A head kick misses from Wiggin. Hawk shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hawk was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Wiggin working to try and regain half guard.
Wiggin tries to lock up and control but Hawk gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wiggin is looking to get to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wiggin wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Hawk.
Hawk won't let Wiggin get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Poor strikes thrown by Hawk there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hawk dominating with strikes here. Hawk lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Hawk tries to control but Wiggin wriggling away. Wiggin slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wiggin pushes Hawk off looking to stand but Hawk dives back in and keeps control.
Hawk throws a strike but Wiggin avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hawk throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wiggin is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hawk is aware though and is defending well. Hawk has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hawk working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Wiggin wants to sweep but no luck. Hawk connects with a couple of short punches. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hawk controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Wiggin seems keen to control Hawk's posture. Wiggin looking to control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hawk is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Wiggin is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Andrew Wiggin will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Wiggin is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hawk scores with a couple of nice shots. Hawk is pressing down on Wiggin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Wiggin is holding on for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hawk seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hawk sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Wiggin defending well though. Hawk missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Wiggin taking some punishment here, with Hawk in his half guard. Wiggin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Wiggin is looking for a sweep. Hawk is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hawk not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Wiggin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Hawk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Hawk wants to get back to his feet but Wiggin is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wiggin wants to control from the top but Hawk keeps moving. Hawk wants to stand and escape but Wiggin is having none of it. Wiggin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hawk wants to stand up but Wiggin is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wiggin trying to control but Hawk is working from the bottom. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Hawk wants to stand and escape but Wiggin is having none of it.

Hawk paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Hawk closes the distance and clinches up with Wiggin, looking for a takedown. Hawk pushes Wiggin against the cage but Wiggin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Wiggin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wiggin slaps away a takedown attempt from Hawk, before circling back to the center of the mat. Wiggin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hawk throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wiggin sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hawk stuffs the takedown. Wiggin lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hawk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Oh Hawk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wiggin is holding Hawk down, trying to stall. Hawk seems to have got his legs back now. Hawk sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Wiggin is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Hawk tries to score with some ground and pound. Wiggin controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Wiggin is trying to control Hawk's posture but Hawk avoids it. Hawk in side control, throwing shots but Wiggin defends. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. That was a close second round but I would say that Victor Hawk will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
