Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
22 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Headden!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grendel throws a leg kick
and Headden counters with a big head kick but Grendel shrugs it off.
Headden throws a low kick, looking for Grendel's leg but Grendel calmly moves out of range.
Grendel thuds a left hand into Headden's body.
Grendel looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Headden throws a leg kick but Grendel checks it.
Headden will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Headden shoots in for a takedown but Grendel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Grendel fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Donk. Grendel catches Headden right on the button with a cross.
Grendel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Headden blocks the body kick.
Headden looks to score with a jab to the body but Grendel is just out of range.
Steve Headden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Headden is looking to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Headden throws a hook but Grendel blocks it.
Grendel digs a good body shot into Headden's ribs.
Headden looks gassed!
Headden throws a head kick that Grendel semi-blocks.
Grendel misses with a looping left.
Grendel moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A big left from Headden misses.
Headden takes a jab right on the kisser.
Headden is rocked!
Grendel flashes Headden a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Headden's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Headden crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Grendel punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George Grendel!
