Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tj Beckerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beckerman's entrance music is Era - Enae Volare Mezzo. A fine choice. The key to victory for Tj Beckerman has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Jones! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beckerman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Beckerman. Beckerman throws a right and a left that both miss. Beckerman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Beckerman scores with a leg kick.
Jones takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Jon Jones has been cut. Beckerman throws a quick inside leg kick. Beckerman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Beckerman throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jones counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Beckerman's guard now. Beckerman is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jones postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jones lands a couple of elbows. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jones postures up and lands a big shot to Beckerman's brow. Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Beckerman has wrist control. Jones connects with a couple of short punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Beckerman avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jones throwing strikes but missing. Beckerman tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jones throwing strikes from guard but Beckerman blocks nicely. Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Beckerman has wrist control. Jones thows a big elbow that misses. Jones distracts Beckerman with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Jones working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Beckerman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones is working Beckerman over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jones content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Jones connects with a couple of short punches. Jones postures up in Beckerman's guard and throws a big left but Beckerman blocks it. Beckerman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A nice elbow there by Beckerman. Beckerman throwing strikes here but Jones is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth. Jones wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Beckerman.
Beckerman is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jones is surviving well by controlling Beckerman's body position as best he can. Beckerman working for a submission but Jones is keeping him at bay. Beckerman punching from mount but Jones doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beckerman moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Jones has worked his arm free - good work by Jones!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The strikes coming from Beckerman are missing the target in this wave of attacks. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Beckerman is looking to take a break and control but Jones is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jones takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones raining down hammerfists from mount. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Beckerman really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
BOOM! Jones connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Jones pulls Beckerman in to control the position. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Beckerman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Beckerman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beckerman decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jones, up you get! Jones leaves Beckerman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Beckerman throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Jones avoids the head kick by Beckerman.
Beckerman lands a two punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jones looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Jones lands strikes from half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Jon Jones's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Jones shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jones showed some decent athleticism there. Beckerman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Jones takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Jones thows a huge punch but Beckerman dodges it nicely.
Jones looks to land a strike but Beckerman avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Jones postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Beckerman wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment. Beckerman working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jones. Beckerman utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Jones throws and elbow that misses. Beckerman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jones's guard. Nice move by Beckerman!

Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard. Beckerman drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jones dives on top into guard. Jones thows a big elbow that misses. Jones throwing strikes but missing. Jones throws and elbow that misses. Beckerman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jones's guard. Nice move by Beckerman!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beckerman trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones controls Beckerman momentarily but Beckerman frees himself. Jones keeping moving, preventing Beckerman from controlling successfully.

We're going to have a standup here because Tj Beckerman wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Beckerman thows a body kick. Jones tries to catch it but that hurt him. Beckerman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Beckerman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Beckerman landing strikes from the mount. Beckerman wants to control the pace but Jones is squirming around nicely. Jones is in a horrible position here. Beckerman smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Jones is bucking up trying to escape but Beckerman cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
