Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between David Dallas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Cheese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for David Dallas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, David Dallas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Terry Cheese! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheese avoids a kick to the body.
Cheese checks a low kick from Dallas. Cheese takes one to the side of the head.
Dallas wants to clinch up but Cheese keeps it at a distance. Dallas lands a big head kick that sends Cheese tumbling to the mat! Dallas takes a step backwards and waves Cheese back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cheese is rocked! A chopping leg kick lands by Cheese. Cheese is still on wobbly legs! Can Dallas finish him? Cheese tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dallas swivels and escapes. Dallas tries to clinch up but Cheese circles away and keeps his distance. Cheese tries to close the distance and clinch but Dallas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A jab from Dallas does it's job there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cheese is looking to clinch. Dallas is looking to clinch. Dallas throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Dallas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cheese shoots in but Dallas avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dallas slaps away a takedown attempt from Cheese, before circling back to the center of the mat. Cheese seems to have recovered his senses. David Dallas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Terry Cheese. Both fighters circling a little - Dallas finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. David Dallas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cheese shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dallas napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Dallas sneaks out the side door and pushes Cheese away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dallas. Cheese fails with the takedown. Dallas shoots in but Cheese avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dallas misses with a shot to the body and Cheese counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Dallas throws a sloppy head kick and Cheese moves out of range easily. Dallas scores with a jab to the body. Cheese blocks a head kick by Dallas.
Dallas is breathing heavily. A head kick misses from Dallas. Cheese changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dallas tries to avoid it but Cheese manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dallas to the ground. Dallas escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cheese takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Cheese takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dallas looks to land a combination but Cheese avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cheese moves into range and clinches up with Dallas. Dallas misses with a hook to the ribs.
This has been an exciting period of action! Cheese decides to pull guard. Cheese keeping moving, preventing Dallas from controlling successfully. Cheese preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Dallas trying to control the position from guard on top but Cheese is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cheese wants to sweep here but Dallas controlling him for the moment. Dallas gets to his feet - Cheese follows without any prompting.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheese clinches up against the cage. Dallas tries to throw a body punch but Cheese avoids it by throwing Dallas back against the cage. Dallas is trying to force a seperation but Cheese has the dominant position. Dallas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cheese walks away with a smile on his face. Dallas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A leg kick checked by Cheese. Dallas looks to clinch and Cheese counters by clinching up. Cheese pulls guard successfully.
Dallas trying to control the position from guard on top but Cheese is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cheese looking for a sweep. Not yet Cheese, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cheese manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dallas manages to get himself to full guard.
Cheese trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Dallas manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Cheese is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dallas throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Cheese is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. This has been an exciting period of action! Dallas gets to his feet. Cheese looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Dallas dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Cheese throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dallas tries to clinch there but Cheese circles away.
Dallas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cheeses jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Cheese fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Dallas misses with the body kick and Cheese counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dallas's guard now. Dallas is adopting a defensive guard. Cheese works a leg free and moves into half guard. Cheese with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cheese missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dallas is not content to let Cheese control the position. Cheese stalling away here and it's allowed Dallas to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Cheese controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dallas trying to control the position here. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Terry Cheese has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Cheese leaves Dallas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cheese shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cheese showed some decent athleticism there. Cheese working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Cheese tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Dallas. Cheese is looking to take a break and control but Dallas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dallas trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Cheese manages to pass to mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheese controlling his opponent. Cheese throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Cheese is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Dallas throws a solid leg kick but Cheese takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dallas. Cheese fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dallas, pushing him back against the cage. Dallas fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Cheese ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cheese no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Dallas wants to stand but Cheese is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dallas looking to sit in guard and control but Cheese gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dallas wants to stand and escape but Cheese is having none of it. Cheese looking to sit in guard and control but Dallas gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dallas postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cheese manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dallas manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Terry Cheese showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Dallas throws a lazy head kick and Cheese counters with a good low kick that Dallas was not able to check. A head kick by Dallas misses and Cheese counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Dallas avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cheese pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dallas is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cheese controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Cheese looking to sit in guard and control but Dallas gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dallas pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cheese is keeping the position for now. Dallas throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cheese works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dallas throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Cheese is trying to control the position but Dallas postures up. Cheese looking for a sweep. Not yet Cheese, not yet. Dallas is fighting to break Cheese's control of his arms but Cheese is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dallas trying to control but Cheese is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Cheese shoots for a takedown but Dallas saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Horrible takedown by Cheese or perhaps it was just good defense by Dallas which made him look bad. Dallas throws a lazy head kick and Cheese counters with a nice double leg into guard. Dallas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dallas wants to sweep here but Cheese controlling him for the moment. Cheese controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dallas keeping moving, preventing Cheese from controlling successfully. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Cheese throwing strikes but missing. Dallas looking for a sweep. Not yet Dallas, not yet.

Cheese is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dallas sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Dallas moves out of range of the body kick. A head kick by Dallas misses so Cheese counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Cheese pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dallas is keeping the position for now. Dallas is pulling down on Cheese's head to control his posture. Dallas is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cheese not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A head kick by Cheese misses and Dallas counters with a straight right hand. Cheese fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dallas avoids it really well and circles away. Cheese looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cheese dives in and grabs Dallas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dallas pushes down on Cheese's head and hops out. Dallas lands with a nice body kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Terry Cheese comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Cheese has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
