Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Uriel Amok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Tauno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amok comes to the cage accompanied by Devils. Tauno comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pelican - Dead Between The Walls kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uriel Amok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tony Tauno!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tauno missing with a left hand there. Amok was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tauno throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tauno misses with a hook. Amok ducked under it nicely.
Tauno jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Uriel Amok has been cut.
Amok ducks under a wild hook from Tauno.
Amok lands with a right hand.
Tauno swings for the body but Amok moves out of range.
Amok feints a jab promting Tauno to slip. Amok then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tauno slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Tony Tauno has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tauno takes a swing at Amok's ribcage but misses.
Some wild striking there from Tauno.
Tauno gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Amok looking to pass the guard.

Tauno pulls Amok in close to his closed guard and prevents Amok from doing any damage or advancing position.
Amok working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Amok throwing strikes from guard but Tauno blocks nicely.

Tauno keeping moving, preventing Amok from controlling successfully.
Amok throws a strike but Tauno rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Tauno distracts Amok with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Amok working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tauno doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tauno manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Amok avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tauno slips nicely into half guard.
Tauno looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Amok with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Amok keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Tauno thows a huge punch but Amok dodges it nicely.

Amok wants to improve his position but Tauno is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Amok is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Tauno scores with a couple of nice shots.
Tauno wants to take a breather but Amok is having none of it.
Tauno is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Tauno looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Amok is trying to control but can't.
Tauno is trying to work for a kimura but Amok is defending well.
Amok is looking to improve his position.
Amok moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tauno fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Amok manages to avoid it.

Amok bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Amok wants to pass the guard but Tauno is keeping the position.
Amok is pushing down on Tauno's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tauno is fighting to maintain full guard but Amok has managed to sneak the leg through.
Tauno works his way to full guard. Good work.

Tauno pulls Amok in to control the position.
Amok is looking to work some ground and pound but Tauno has wrist control.
Amok missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Tauno is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tauno is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Amok is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tauno throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Tauno wants to control from the top but Amok keeps moving.

Amok lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tauno!
Tony Tauno has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Amok looking to control but Tauno is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Tauno has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Tauno is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Amok can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tauno is looking to escape.
Amok is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tauno is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Tauno is desperately trying to improve his position but Amok has a good base and remains in mount.
Amok throws some wild stikes that Tauno manages to avoid easily.
Tauno sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Tauno is trying to control but can't.
Amok sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tauno defending well though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tauno is not content to let Amok control the position.
Tauno has hold of Amok's hands but Amok slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Uriel Amok dominated that second round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Amok scores a takedown into full mount!
Tauno tries to reverse the position but Amok maintains control.
Tauno is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Tauno tries to hold on but Amok postures up.
Amok can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tauno is looking to escape.
Amok throwing strikes here but Tauno is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Tauno wants to control but Amok is having none of it.

Amok throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Tauno because Amok loaded up on that one.
A nice elbow there by Amok.
BOOM! Amok connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tauno is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Amok misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Tauno wants to hold on but Amok pushes him away.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Amok! Tauno is hurt baaadly! Amok is firing away with more strikes - Tauno is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
