There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Montoya Rivera had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Johnston is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Montoya Rivera Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Johnston's back instead.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

so Johnston counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Montoya Rivera has his foot on Johnston's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Johnston works his way back into a safe position though.

Johnston has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Montoya Rivera clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Johnston is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
