Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Matterhorn swats away the attempt to clinch by Khripunov .
Khripunov moves out of range of the body kick.
Khripunov clinches with his opponent.
Von Matterhorn is trying to break the clinch but Khripunov has him pressed against the ropes.
Khripunov is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Von Matterhorn breaks from the clinch.
Von Matterhorn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Khripunov tries to clinch up but Von Matterhorn circles away and keeps his distance.
Khripunov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Von Matterhorn sprawls well initially but Khripunov persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Khripunov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Von Matterhorn defends it well.
Khripunov prevents Von Matterhorn from improving his position.
Khripunov works his way into side control.
Khripunov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khripunov wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Von Matterhorn, who protects the arm well.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Khripunov is trying to get an arm triangle but Von Matterhorn is defending well.
Khripunov has an Americana. Von Matterhorn didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Khripunov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Khripunov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
