Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Scaum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, In The Morning. Dave Scaum has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Jenkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Scaum! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scaum shoots in for a takedown but Jenkins shows good takedown defense. Scaum tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jenkins sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Scaum somewhat. Scaum is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Both fighters circling a little - Jenkins finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Jenkins goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Scaum moves in looking to clinch but Jenkins pushes him off. Scaum shoots in and bounces Jenkins off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Scaum prevents Jenkins from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scaum trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jenkins scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Jenkins's jab looks to have found its range, popping Scaum under the eye. Dave Scaum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jenkins throws a leg kick that is checked and Scaum counters with a takedown into side control. Jenkins is being controlled here. Scaum working away. This has been an exciting period of action! Scaum wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jenkins keeps working. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Scaum takes a little break here. Jenkins wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins prevents Scaum from improving position. Scaum stands up and beckons Jenkins to his feet. Jenkins tries to work over Scaum's front leg with a kick but Scaum checks it. A head kick misses from Jenkins. Scaum shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jenkins but Jenkins pushes him off and we're back to square one. Steve Jenkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Scaum. Jenkins drives through and clinches with Scaum against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scaum's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jenkins throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Jenkins tries to land a leg kick but Scaum saw it coming and moves away.
Jenkins lands a front kick. Scaum shoots for a takedown but Jenkins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jenkins scores with a kick to the midsection. Scaum is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jenkins is looking to land body kicks. Jenkins looks for the body kick but Scaum saw that one coming. Scaum shoots in looking for a takedown but Jenkins manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Scaum's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins misses with an attempted mid kick.
Scaum takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Scaum looks gassed! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jenkins connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Scaum falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jenkins finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Scaum throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jenkins's waist but Jenkins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Scaum off to one side. Jenkins fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Scaum has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jenkins misses with a body kick. Jenkins scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Jenkins throws a front kick that sends Scaum stumbling back into the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Jenkins dominated that round. That's time! Jenkins's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jenkins buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Scaum is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Scaum tries to clinch but Jenkins moves out of range. Scaum chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jenkins can pounce on him.
Scaum fails with a takedown attempt. An inside leg kick lands from Jenkins. Jenkins works the jab nicely. Scaum throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jenkins was covering up waiting for the punch and Scaum finishes the takedown easily into guard. Scaum is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Scaum prevents Jenkins from getting back to his feet. Scaum trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Scaum passes easily into side control. Nice work. Scaum wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jenkins keeps working. Scaum tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scaum has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins is trying to buck Scaum off. A lull in the action here. Scaum prevents Jenkins from escaping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scaum postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Scaum lands a nice forearm strike. Scaum works to advance to full mount. Jenkins defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Jenkins has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Scaum's lack of action.
Scaum is looking to take a break and control but Jenkins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jenkins is looking for a sweep. Scaum is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Scaum stands up out of the half guard. Scaum misses with a two punch combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins throws a wild body kick that Scaum sees coming a mile off. Scaum scoring well with a low kick there.
Jenkins gets caught flat footed, as Scaum shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Scaum trying to control but Jenkins is working from the bottom. Scaum stays in close to Jenkins's body and controls the position. Jenkins kicks Scaum off and gets to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Scaum feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Scaum showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Jenkins moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Scaum looks for a takedown but Jenkins sprawls well. Scaum fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Jenkins throws a head kick that half lands.

Steve Jenkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Scaum. Scaum dives in and grabs Jenkins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jenkins pushes down on Scaum's head and hops out. Scaum tries to clinch there but Jenkins circles away.
Scaum looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jenkins is fending him off so far but Scaum persists. Nope, Jenkins circles away and we're back to standing. Scaum takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jenkins throws a head kick that Scaum semi-blocks.

Scaum is rocked! Jenkins keeps the fight on the outside. Scaum is still on wobbly legs! Can Jenkins finish him? Jenkins fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Dave Scaum is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jenkins throws a push kick but Scaum slaps the foot to one side. Scaum seems to have recovered his senses. Scaum looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Scaum is looking to advance position but Jenkins won't allow it. Jenkins wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Scaum is looking for submissions but instead, Jenkins has regained full guard.
Jenkins is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Scaum tries to free his leg and advance position but Jenkins is retaining full guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Jenkins wants to stand up but Scaum is controlling him. Scaum controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Dave Scaum wasn't active enough on the ground. Scaum tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jenkins swats him away and circles back towards the center. Scaum moves to clinch but Jenkins breaks away and Jenkins counters with a nice body kick.
Jenkins throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Scaum with a nice cross. Scaum has a takedown stuffed. Scaum has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Jenkins. Jenkins scores with a kick to the midsection.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins moves into the clinch. Scaum takes an elbow to the forehead. Jenkins lands an elbow just above Scaum 's eye. Scaum blocks an elbow strike from Jenkins.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jenkins misses with a body punch.
Scaum has had enough of the clinch but Jenkins keeps him there for the moment. Jenkins lands on the inside with an uppercut. Jenkins tries a body shot but Scaum blocks it.
Jenkins lands an elbow inside that Scaum shrugs off. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Scaum doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Jenkins is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Scaum is defending well for now. Scaum is trying to drag Jenkins to the mat but Jenkins just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
And that's the end of the fight! Steve Jenkins showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jenkins has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
