Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smasher ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The fighters circle momentarily. Smasher darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pichurin dives in and scores a takedown into Smasher's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Smasher wants to sweep here but Pichurin controlling him for the moment.
Pichurin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Pichurin sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Pichurin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Pichurin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smasher swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pichurin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Smasher's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pichurin lands with a punch from half guard.
Pichurin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Pichurin wants to control but Smasher is keeping him busy.
Pichurin with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Pichurin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Smasher defends it well.
Pichurin looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Smasher is staying active underneath Pichurin, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pichurin is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Pichurin seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Smasher is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
