Domo Arigatou struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble lands with a kick to the ribs.
Jab, jab by Rumble - just one landing.
Arigatou shoots in but no luck this time.
Arigatou chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rumble can pounce on him.
Nice cross by Rumble.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rumble on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Arigatou looks gassed!
A slapping body kick lands there for Rumble.
Rumble lands with a shot to the body.
Rumble connects with an inside leg kick.
Arigatou on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Arigatou fails in his attempt to clinch.
Rumble throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Rumble with a nice cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Rumble darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Arigatou takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rumble, right into the meat.

Rumble lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Rumble lands a big right hand that sends Arigatou crashing to the mat! Rumble stays standing though and waves Arigatou back to his feet!

and Rumble counters with a huge left! Arigatou is in big trouble! He's backing up but Rumble isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Arigatou from any more damage. A dominating finish by Rumble!
