Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kul Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kul Li has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kul Li! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chris Masters! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Li tries to clinch but Masters is having none of it. Masters swats away the attempt to clinch by Li. The fight stays on the outside here - Li looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Masters shoots in for a double leg but Li sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Li tries to close the distance and clinch but Masters swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Li blocks a low kick nicely. Masters avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Li uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Masters. Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Masters swats him away and circles back towards the center. Li cracks the inside of Masters's front leg. Li connects with a good right hand that stumbles Masters. Masters circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Chris Masters has been cut. Masters throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Li's waist but Li gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Masters off to one side. Masters keeps the fight on the outside. Masters fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Li avoids it really well and circles away. Kul Li has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Masters.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li tries to clinch up. Li fails in his attempt to clinch. Masters tries to keep at a distance but Li has taken the fight into the clinch. Li lands a shoulder strike. Masters changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Li fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Li tries to clinch up but Masters circles away and keeps his distance. Li clinches with his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Li lands with a light punch inside. Masters tries to pull guard but Li won't allow it.

Li lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Li misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Masters.
Li gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Masters.
Li lands a left hand that snaps the head of Masters backwards. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Masters drags the fight down to the ground.
Li will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Li trying to stand up but can't free himself from Masters's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Li avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Masters trying to keep a closed guard but Li is proving a slippery customer.
Li is looking to stand up but Masters won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Li trying to control the position from guard on top but Masters is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Li has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Masters looking for a sweep. Not yet Masters, not yet. Li is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Kul Li wasn't doing enough on the ground. Masters misses with a right hand and Li counters with a stiff right hand. Li fails in his attempt to clinch. Li throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Masters tries a head kick but it misses.
Li fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Masters, pushing him back against the cage. Li looking to throw knees to the head but Masters is blocking nicely.
Masters is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Li gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Masters has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Li is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Masters.
Both fighters working to control the clinch. Li taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Li is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Masters working hard to break the clinch. Li lands a right hand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Masters tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Li with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Masters jumps guard but Li stands there with Masters around his waist. Masters gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Li gets through Masters's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Masters tries to pull guard but Li holds him up against the cage and eventually Masters drops back down to his feet.
Masters takes a shot to the head. Masters tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Li smiles and moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kul Li dominated that round. The cut man is working on Chris Masters's cut. That's time! Li's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
The fight stays on the outside here - Li looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Masters circles away from the clinch attempt.

Li is looking to clinch. Masters closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Masters is looking for a kimura but Li is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Masters to get the leverage. Masters trying to control the pace. Masters is trying to control. Li wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Masters is working away from the top position though. Masters wants to control but Li is keeping him busy. Masters prevents Li from standing back up.
Masters trying to control the action but Li is working from the bottom. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Chris Masters. Li tries to clinch but Masters moves out of range. Masters swats away the attempt to clinch by Li. Masters misses with a body punch
and Li holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Masters takes a knee right on the jaw!
Li just leaning against Masters, taking a breather. Masters goes for a takedown attempt but Li pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Masters shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Li sprawls well. Li wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Masters gets slowly back to his feet. Li doesn't manage to clinch there - Masters circles away.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Masters swats him away and circles back towards the center. Masters looks to score with a jab to the body but Li is just out of range. Li pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Masters gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Li holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Kul Li has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Masters. Masters tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Li stalling in the clinch but Masters improves position. Li with a knee to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Masters has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Li regains guard immediately. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Masters wants to control from the top but Li keeps moving. Masters sitting in guard here, content to control. Masters postures up in Li's guard and throws a big left but Li blocks it. Masters works a leg free and moves into half guard. Masters is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Li defends it well. Masters is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li wants to control but Masters is keeping busy and won't allow it. Masters controlling the action here. Masters is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Masters is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Li has managed to free his arm - good work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Masters showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Chris Masters's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Masters looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Masters looks to land a right hand but Li moved out of range. Li fails in his attempt to clinch. Masters looks to throw a body kick and Li counters by moving into the clinch. Masters drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Li gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Masters being controlled against the cage. Masters has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Li avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Kul Li has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Masters.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Li is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Li is looking to regain half guard here but Masters keeps moving and retains side control. Masters takes a little break here. Li wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. This has been an exciting period of action! An elbow from Masters crashes against the mat.
Masters is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Li has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Masters wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Li, who protects the arm well. Masters controlling the position from side mount. Masters is trying to get an arm triangle but Li is defending well. Masters is trying to get an arm triangle but Li is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li keeping his opponent close. Li is pushing Masters's head away, looking to escape. Masters manages to hold on to the position though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Masters taking a breather here.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Masters comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Masters has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
