The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Norman scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Lloyd Woodard has been cut.
Norman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Woodard.
Woodard tries to clinch up but Norman circles away and keeps his distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Woodard looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lloyd Woodard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Norman throws a nice looking combination but Woodard bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Woodard bucks up and tries to throw Norman off but instead Norman has got his back!

Norman has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Woodard.
Woodard is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Norman gets his way!
Norman is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Norman gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Norman gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Norman apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Woodard is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Norman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Woodard ducks under a wild hook from Norman.

Woodard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Norman paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Norman counters with a shoot takedown. Woodard fights it but they end up in guard.

Woodard is still in real trouble! Can Norman finish him?
Norman passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Woodard is pushing Norman's head away, looking to escape. Norman manages to hold on to the position though.
Norman is working Woodard over with some ground and pound from side control.
Norman advances to mount.
Norman is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Woodard is forced to tap! Great finish!
