The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Davis but Davis pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Davis lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Davis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gustafsson shoots for a takedown but Davis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Gustafsson leaves Davis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gustafsson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Davis.
Gustafsson wants to clinch but Davis slips to the side
and Davis counters with a three punch combo that has Gustafsson backing up. Gustafsson nods at Davis to acknowledge the strikes.
Davis circles away from the clinch attempt.
Davis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gustafsson moves away.
Davis blocks a leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gustafsson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Davis.
Gustafsson cracks a nice hook into Davis's ribs.

Davis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gustafsson.
Gustafsson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Davis avoids it really well and circles away.
Mike Davis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonas Gustafsson.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gustafsson.
Davis throws a series of punches but Gustafsson moves out of range.
Gustafsson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Gustafsson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Davis sprawls well. Davis wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gustafsson gets slowly back to his feet.
