Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Thousand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jermaine Choake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Choake's choice of entrance music: Hans Zimmer - The Kraken. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jermaine Choake!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thousand defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Choake.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Choake checks a leg kick.
Thousand throws a good cross that connects.
Choake takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Choake is defended easily by Thousand.
Thousand throws a head kick but Choake moves out of range.
Choake tries for a takedown but Thousand sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Brian Thousand has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jermaine Choake.
Thousand circles away from the clinch attempt.

Choake is looking to clinch.
Thousand feints and then cracks Choake's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Choake down.
Choake tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Thousand tried to score with a low kick but Choake checks it.
Choake takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Choake chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Thousand can pounce on him.
Thousand throws a hook but Choake avoids it easily.
Choake takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Thousand throws a shot to the body.
Choake looks gassed!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Choake has his takedown stuffed
and Thousand counters with a left to the body.
Thousand lands a high kick!
An inside leg kick lands from Thousand.
Choake takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Thousand fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Choake on the side of the head.
Thousand tries a head kick but it misses.
Brian Thousand is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Thousand throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Choake is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
