The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Mangler scores with a one two! Powers had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Seth Mangler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Powers lands a head shot.

Powers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mangler manages to avoid it.
Powers lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mangler at a distance.
Powers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mangler moves away.
Mangler throws a looping overhand right but Powers ducks down to avoid it.

Powers connects with a body shot that sends Mangler's belly button to the back.

Mangler throws a front kick aimed at Powers's knee but Powers avoids it well.
Powers avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mangler showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Powers.

Powers lunges at Mangler with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mangler's hand.

It looks like Seth Mangler has been cut.
Austin Powers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Powers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Powers is looking to wear down Mangler with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Powers throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
