Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Big D!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Sean Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stone fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. D sprawls well initially but Stone persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
D has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Stone is working away from the top position though.
D tries to roll over but Stone keeps him under control.
D wants to control but Stone is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stone not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Stone is nestled in close to D, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

D wants to improve his position but Stone is controlling well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stone lands a nice short elbow.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Stone connects with a nice short shot to D's temple.

Stone is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Stone throws a strike aimed at the side of D's head but D avoids it well.
You can see the frustration on D's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Stone creates some space and throws a big elbow, but D sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

D manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Stone winds up and cracks D with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

D tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Stone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks D with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
D is controlling Stone's position as best he can from this difficult position.
D wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stone seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Stone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks D with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Stone takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Stone throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
D manages to get to full guard.
D is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Stone drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stone jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stone is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
D looking to control.

D is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


D takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Stone moves out of range as D strikes.

Stone fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Stone throws a quick head kick that skims the top of D's head.
Stone connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stone lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
D is breathing heavily.
That kick from Stone tenderised D's leg. D is trying to keep his angry face on.
Stone lands a nice leg kick that just misses D's sensitive parts.
D takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Stone.

This has been an exciting period of action!

D is rocked!
Oooooh, big shot lands for Stone! D is hurt baaadly! Stone is firing away with more strikes - D is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
