Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pacman Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnes comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be. Gracie has chosen Boris Brejcha - Openminded as his entrance music. Ricardo Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricardo Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Barnes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - Barnes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Barnes thows a body shot but no joy.

It looks like Ricardo Gracie has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barnes throws a jab when Gracie was well out of range.
Gracie fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Barnes to the ground. Gracie is now in Barnes's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Barnes dives on top into guard.
Barnes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Gracie wants to stand up but Barnes is controlling him.

Ricardo Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Barnes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Barnes counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Gracie down! Barnes is looking to finish but Gracie is intelligently defending himself.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barnes keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Gracie's head.

Gracie has hold of Barnes's hands but Barnes slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Barnes wants to take a breather but Gracie is having none of it.

Barnes thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head.
Barnes is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Gracie!
Gracie is wriggling around trying to escape.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Barnes cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Gracie somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Barnes misses with a few strikes there.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Barnes lands a nice shot that snaps Gracie's head back.
Barnes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Barnes digs a good hook to Gracie's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pacman Barnes dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ricardo Gracie's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Barnes sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Barnes clobbers Gracie with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Barnes connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Barnes gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Barnes gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Barnes is trying to maintain a safe position but Gracie gets an underhook and turns Barnes into the cage.

Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Barnes just stands there and leans against the cage.

Barnes is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Barnes down to the mat. Barnes avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A nice leg kick lands there from Barnes.
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Barnes tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Barnes throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Gracie colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Barnes as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Gracie is left battered and dazed whilst Barnes and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pacman Barnes!
