Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kleva sprawls well. Kleva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Belfort gets slowly back to his feet.
Belfort shoots in looking for a takedown. Kleva tries to sprawl out of it but Belfort keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kleva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kleva darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Belfort gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kleva.

It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut.

Kleva shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Belfort pushes Kleva off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Belfort dives in and grabs Kleva's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kleva pushes down on Belfort's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vitor Belfort. That's going to take a lot out of him.
No luck for Belfort with that takedown attempt.
Kleva feints a jab promting Belfort to slip. Kleva then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Belfort slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Belfort is breathing heavily.

Whack! Kleva lands a heavy head kick that drops Belfort. The ref tackles Kleva to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Belfort was done.
