Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Lebeng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donal McAnespie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shawn Lebeng! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Donal McAnespie! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lebeng tries to clinch so McAnespie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. McAnespie stays in close to Lebeng's body and controls the position. McAnespie throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lebeng works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McAnespie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lebeng swivels though and keeps the full guard. McAnespie works a leg free and moves into half guard. McAnespie trying to control the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. McAnespie looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Lebeng is trying is best to control the position here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Lebeng tries to clinch up and McAnespie counters with a nice double leg into guard. McAnespie throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lebeng works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Lebeng on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lebeng tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McAnespie is in close to Lebeng's body, working some short punches and elbows. McAnespie gets to his feet - Lebeng follows without any prompting. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McAnespie circles away from the clinch attempt.
McAnespie clinches up against the cage. McAnespie has hold of one of Lebeng's legs. Lebeng is fighting the takedown attempt but McAnespie gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. McAnespie pushes down on Lebeng's leg and manages to get into half guard. McAnespie is nestled in close to Lebeng, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. McAnespie frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. McAnespie has control of Lebeng's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lebeng regains control of the situation pretty easily.
McAnespie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McAnespie with shots to the head and body - Lebeng looks very uncomfortable down there. Lebeng tries to get back to half guard but can't. McAnespie landing strikes from the mount. McAnespie controlling his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McAnespie lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Lebeng is rocked! Lebeng is breathing heavily. McAnespie fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Oh Lebeng is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lebeng defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from McAnespie. McAnespie quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for McAnespie but it's paid off an Lebeng is forced to tap! Nice work by McAnespie.
