Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yoshiko Mizuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and A J Hearts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoshiko Mizuki could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to A J Hearts's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshiko Mizuki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearts loads up on a big right hand but Mizuki slips the punch.
Mizuki doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hearts makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mizuki closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hearts to the mat! Hearts manages to get full guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Mizuki trying to control but Hearts is working from the bottom.
Hearts is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Hearts throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Hearts striking off his back but it's not causing Mizuki any problems.
Hearts keeping full guard, as Mizuki tries to pass.
Mizuki pushing down on Hearts's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Mizuki looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hearts manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Hearts dives in and scores a takedown into Mizuki's guard.
Mizuki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hearts defends well.
Hearts controls from within his opponent's guard.
Hearts throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mizuki works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Hearts not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Mizuki looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hearts has picked Mizuki up and slammed him! Mizuki can't keep hold of the triangle and Hearts manages to pass to side control!
Hearts wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mizuki keeps working.
Mizuki is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hearts postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Hearts lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Mizuki is looking for a sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hearts cracks Mizuki with a big right hand but Mizuki just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Mizuki is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hearts wants to control but Mizuki is keeping him busy.
Mizuki manages to get back to half guard.
Mizuki avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hearts.
Hearts scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Mizuki missing with punches from the bottom.
Hearts throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Mizuki trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Hearts manages to pass to mount!
Hearts putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Mizuki is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hearts wants to control the pace but Mizuki is squirming around nicely.
Hearts lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mizuki hang on?
Hearts lands a big elbow - Mizuki is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Mizuki is forced to tap out!
