Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juninho Ferrara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parking Ticket (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferrara comes to the cage accompanied by Mat Zo - The Found. Parking Ticket is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Parking Ticket!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ticket throws a lazy right hand but Ferrara sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ferrara takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Ferrara drives through and clinches with Ticket against the cage.
Ferrara holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Ferrara pulls guard successfully.
Ticket preventing the sweep.
Ferrara will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ticket trying to control the position from guard on top but Ferrara is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Ferrara has his feet on Ticket's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Ticket throws a leg kick but Ferrara sees it coming and moves out of range.
Ticket rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Ferrara counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Ferrara really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ferrara tries to pass to full mount but Ticket defends it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ferrara content to control rather than advance.
Ticket tries to roll over but Ferrara keeps him under control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Ferrara looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ferrara wants to get back to his feet.
Ferrara is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

We're going to have a standup here because Juninho Ferrara wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Ticket throws a leg kick
and Ferrara counters with a body kick.
Ferrara will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ticket misses with an uppercut. Ferrara saw that one coming.
Horrible takedown by Ferrara or perhaps it was just good defense by Ticket which made him look bad.

Ticket throws a lazy head kick
and Ferrara counters with a nice body kick.
Ticket misses with a wild body shot.

Ferrara shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ticket manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Ferrara trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ferrara passes into half guard.
Ferrara controlling the action here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Juninho Ferrara just wasn't active enough.
Ticket looks to land a body kick but Ferrara moved away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Ferrara.
Ferrara takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ticket swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ticket misses with a right hand
and Ferrara counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Ticket misses with a two punch combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Juninho Ferrara dominated that round.
That's time! Ferrara's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Ferrara shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ticket pinned against the cage. Ticket gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ticket connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ferrara's hands.
Ferrara shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ticket but Ticket pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ticket tries to land a body kick

and Ferrara counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ticket won't be happy with that.
Ferrara happy to just control the position for now.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

We're going to have a standup here because Juninho Ferrara wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
A big right from Ticket misses.

Ferrara gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Ferrara gets control of Ticket's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ferrara will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ticket trying to control but Ferrara is working from the bottom.
Ferrara is pulling down on Ticket's head. It's preventing any offense from Ticket, at least for the moment.

Ferrara pushes a forearm under Ticket's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ticket is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Juninho Ferrara!
