Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Diggs Eugene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Voit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joey Voit!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voit looks to land a left hand but Eugene moved out of range nicely.
Eugene with a poor takedown
and Voit counters with a nice body shot.
Eugene shoots and misses
and Eugene takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Eugene tries for a takedown but Voit circles away easily
and Voit makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diggs Eugene. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Voit counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Eugene takes one on the button.
Eugene tries to move into range but Voit moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

and Voit counters with a straight right hand.
Voit lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

enabling Voit to counter with a crisp jab.

Voit lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Voit throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Eugene on the side of the head.
Voit fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Voit lands a body shot.
Voit scores with a crisp jab that stopped Eugene in his tracks.
Eugene misses with a takedown attempt
and Voit counters with a straight right hand.
Eugene is rocked!
Eugene is breathing heavily.
Voit scores with a jab.
Oh Eugene is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Voit counters with a huge left! Eugene is in big trouble! He's backing up but Voit isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Eugene from any more damage. A dominating finish by Voit!
