And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holtik fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cabbat digs a good body shot into Holtik's ribs.
A jab from Cabbat finds it's way through Holtik's defenses.
Holtik has Cabbat up against the cage in a clinch.
Cabbat wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Cabbat has had enough of the clinch but Holtik keeps him there for the moment.
Cabbat successfully pulls guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Cabbat looking to control.
Holtik tries to free his leg and advance position but Cabbat is retaining full guard.
Holtik wants to control from the top but Cabbat keeps moving.
Cabbat looking for a guillotine here but Holtik defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cabbat is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Holtik wants to control from the top but Cabbat keeps moving.
Cabbat is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Cabbat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Holtik was well out of range. Poor timing from Cabbat.
Cabbat will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cabbat throws a wild body kick that Holtik sees coming a mile off.
Cabbat leaves Holtik with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Cabbat takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Cabbat on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Holtik throws a right hand that Cabbat ducks under and follows up with a left that Cabbat also avoids with ease.
Cabbat throws a left and a right that both miss
and Holtik counters with a slapping leg kick.
Holtik thuds his right hand into Cabbat's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Cabbat throws a looping overhand right but Holtik ducks down to avoid it.
Holtik shoots in but no luck this time.
Eleomar Cabbat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brik Holtik.
Holtik will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Holtik shoots in for a double leg but Cabbat sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Cabbat looks to throw the jab but Holtik is out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Holtik avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cabbat throws a good cross that connects.
Cabbat throws a sloppy body shot
and Holtik counters with a left and a right that stings Cabbat.
Holtik fails with the takedown
letting Cabbat counter with a right hand.

Holtik shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Cabbat cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Holtik shoots for a double leg takedown but Cabbat sprawls well. He's pushed Holtik's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cabbat will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cabbat misses with a series of wild punches.
Cabbat stuffs the takedown attempt from Holtik. Holtik gets slowly back to his feet.
Cabbat tries to sprawl but Holtik drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Cabbat trying to hold on to Holtik's head to control him but Holtik postures up.
Cabbat slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Holtik throwing strikes from guard but Cabbat blocks nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cabbat escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Holtik gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Cabbat working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Holtik.
Holtik thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Holtik wants to control from the top but Cabbat keeps moving.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cabbat looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cabbat avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eleomar Cabbat will probably get the nod.
That's time! Cabbat's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Eleomar Cabbat is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cabbat gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Holtik had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cabbat defends it easily.
Holtik is trying to hold Cabbat in close to prevent damage but Cabbat has managed to pass into half guard.
Cabbat is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Holtik is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
