Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Chiappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haha Loose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryan Chiappe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Haha Loose!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chiappe closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Loose did well to prevent Chiappe getting side control.
Chiappe thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Loose's head.

Chiappe is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Chiappe lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Chiappe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Loose parries the strikes from Chiappe easily there. Chiappe is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Loose to escape.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Loose stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Loose wants it to stay on the feet.
Chiappe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Chiappe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Loose slaps away a takedown attempt from Chiappe, before circling back to the center of the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chiappe had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Loose defends it easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Loose working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Chiappe's head.

A close second round but Haha Loose will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Loose won't allow Chiappe to pass to mount.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ryan Chiappe.

Loose looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Chiappe!
Loose pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Chiappe is looking to get to half guard.
Loose lands with some strikes.
Chiappe bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Chiappe looking to sit in guard and control but Loose gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Loose takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Loose trying to control the position from guard on top but Chiappe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Chiappe isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Loose stacks Chiappe on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Loose!
Loose is chipping away with strikes.

Ryan Chiappe showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Chiappe has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
