Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marek Dudzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Koch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koch is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Devil Driver-"Clouds over Califorina". Erik Koch told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marek Dudzinski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Erik Koch! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dudzinski throws a right hand that Koch ducks under and follows up with a left that Koch also avoids with ease. Dudzinski tries to clinch but Koch moves away and Koch counters with a body kick. Dudzinski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Koch misses with a wild body shot. Koch fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dudzinski goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. A shot to the liver by Dudzinski. Beautiful body shot. Dudzinski shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dudzinski was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Koch can't escape the position.
Dudzinski jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Koch manages to avoid the submission attempt. Dudzinski looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. This has been an exciting period of action! Koch is looking to regain half guard here but Dudzinski keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dudzinski working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Koch is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Koch is looking to control Dudzinski's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Koch avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koch wants to get back to full guard. Koch keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Koch has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dudzinski is working away from the top position though. Koch is staying active underneath Dudzinski, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dudzinski is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Dudzinski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Koch keeps working. Koch gets full guard. Dudzinski trying to control the position from guard on top but Koch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Koch looking to control.
Dudzinski has gone for a leg lock! Koch slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dudzinski's guard. Dudzinski looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dudzinski manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Dudzinski has control of Koch's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Koch regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Koch is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Koch wants to hold on but Dudzinski pushes him away. Dudzinski wants to finish this one by submission but Koch is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Dudzinski.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dudzinski looking for a guillotine from mount but Koch is having none of it. You get the feeling that Koch really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Dudzinski trying to control but Koch is having none of it. Koch tries to hold on but Dudzinski postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Koch doing his best to control the position. Can he escape? As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Koch is wriggling around trying to escape.
Dudzinski is working for a guillotine from mount but Koch frees his head quite easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marek Dudzinski dominated that round. That's time! Dudzinski's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Koch lands with some strikes. Dudzinski is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Koch lands a big elbow. Koch goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dudzinski turns into him and now he's in Koch's guard.

Erik Koch has got the better of the ground game so far. Dudzinski drops back looking for a leg! Koch is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Koch manages to kick Dudzinski off! Dudzinski jumps back into Koch's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Koch pulls Dudzinski in close to prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koch keeping moving, preventing Dudzinski from controlling successfully. Dudzinski postures up.
Dudzinski looking to pass the guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Dudzinski passes Koch's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Koch is trying to stand.
Koch is looking for a sweep. Dudzinski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dudzinski is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Koch sees it coming and defends easily. Dudzinski is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Koch defends it well. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Koch is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dudzinski pulls his head out easily. Koch wants to control but Dudzinski is keeping busy.

Erik Koch showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Dudzinski takes the fight into the clinch. Koch is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dudzinski pulls him back up using the underhooks. Koch is working for takedown but Dudzinski is calmly controlling the position for now. Dudzinski slowing the pace effectively. Dudzinski goes for a takedown attempt but Koch pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Koch. Marek Dudzinski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Erik Koch. Dudzinski closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Koch quickly recovers to half guard. Dudzinski is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Koch is just riding it out for now. Dudzinski eventually gives up the hold.

Koch has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dudzinski off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dudzinski lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dudzinski. Marek Dudzinski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dudzinski moves in looking to clinch but Koch pushes him off. Koch takes one on the button. Koch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Koch shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dudzinski pinned against the cage. Dudzinski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dudzinski shoots in but Koch avoids the takedown attempt easily. Koch closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dudzinski circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dudzinski lands with a kick to the temple. Koch shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Marek Dudzinski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Koch shoots in for a takedown but Dudzinski shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dudzinski shoots in and drives through. Koch sprawls well. Koch takes one on the chin but seems OK.

And that's the end of the fight! Marek Dudzinski showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dudzinski has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
