The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vonstein shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Rotten throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Vonstein.
Vonstein shoots in for a double leg but Rotten sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Vonstein swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rotten is now in Vonstein's guard. A big mistake from Vonstein there, giving up the dominant position!

Rotten smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Rotten lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Vonstein stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rotten.
Vonstein sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rotten lands a big head kick that sends Vonstein tumbling to the mat! Rotten takes a step backwards and waves Vonstein back to his feet - he wants the finish!
