The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crimson looks to land a combination but Depta avoids it well.
Peter Depta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Depta throws a right hand that Crimson ducks under and follows up with a left that Crimson also avoids with ease.
Crimson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Depta counters with a shoot takedown. Crimson fights it but they end up in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Crimson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Depta decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Depta works over Crimson's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Jack Crimson has been cut.

Crimson fails with a takedown attempt.

Depta lands a left and a right that sends Crimson crashing to the canvas! Depta dives into mount looking to finish!

A big strike lands for Depta! That's really hurt Crimson and he's turned his back - Depta keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Depta jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
