Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between ZPrizzy Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jensen Stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons comes to the cage accompanied by Deuces . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons misses with a wild combination.
Stuart shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Simmons pinned against the cage. Simmons gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Stuart has his takedown stuffed
and Simmons counters with a two punch combo.
Simmons lands with an overhand left.
Stuart shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Simmons but Simmons pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Stuart tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Simmons just stands there and leans against the cage.

Stuart looks to land a left hand but Simmons moved out of range nicely.

Simmons throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Simmons pivots, looking for a leg kick but Stuart is out of range and Simmons settles back down.
Simmons stuffs the takedown attempt from Stuart. Stuart gets slowly back to his feet.
Stuart has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stuart there as he acknowledges the shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Simmons scores with a one two! Stuart had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
No joy there for Simmons, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Stuart closes the distance and clinches up with Simmons, looking for a takedown. Stuart pushes Simmons against the cage but Simmons circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Stuart dives in and grabs Simmons's left leg, looking for a takedown. Simmons pushes down on Stuart's head and hops out.
ZPrizzy Simmons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stuart swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Simmons misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Simmons lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Simmons throws a combination. Stuart tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Simmons gets to his feet. Stuart looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Stuart shoots in for a double leg but Simmons sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Simmons lunges at Stuart with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Stuart's hand.

Stuart is trying desperately to land a takedown but Simmons is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Stuart.
Stuart takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Simmons lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Simmons uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice uppercut lands for Simmons. That snapped Stuart's head back.

Simmons is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Stuart is in big trouble! Simmons is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Stuart. Poor guy.
