The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitch shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cisko as he avoids it easily.
Cisko tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Fitch manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Fitch turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Fitch manages to end up in side control.
Cisko on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cisko tries to get out of the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fitch has hold of Cisko's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Cisko tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Fitch cranks the arm and Cisko screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cisko, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
