The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Reed Andrews and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neer misses with the combination.
Neer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Pool counters by moving into the clinch.
Neer pulls guard successfully.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Neer wants to get back to his feet but Pool passes into half guard.
Pool perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Pool drops his hands momentarily and Neer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Neer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pool stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
