The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonson shoots in but Rogers avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jonson.
Rogers drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Rogers passes Jonson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ground and pound from Rogers.
Rogers is working for a submission of some sort.
Rogers stands up out of the half guard.
Jonson misses with a few strikes there.
Jonson is breathing heavily.
Rogers closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Rogers has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jonson defend it? Rogers steps over the head and cranks it - Jonson is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Rogers!
