Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul McCartney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent has chosen Master of Puppets as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCartney closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Vincent's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
McCartney lands a couple of elbows.
McCartney prevents Vincent from getting back to his feet.
McCartney not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vincent's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Vincent is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
McCartney cracks Vincent with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
McCartney fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Vincent is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
McCartney can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Vincent is looking to escape.
The referee warns Vincent that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
McCartney misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

McCartney tries to bum rush Vincent with a series of wild strikes but Vincent uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vincent misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McCartney.
McCartney dives in and grabs Vincent's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vincent pushes down on McCartney's head and hops out.
No joy there for Vincent, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vincent throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McCartney.
McCartney shoots in looking for a takedown. Vincent tries to sprawl out of it but McCartney keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vincent manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul McCartney. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Paul McCartney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McCartney shoots in but Vincent avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Vincent cracks McCartney with a right hand to the side of the head.
Paul McCartney is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Horrible takedown by McCartney or perhaps it was just good defense by Vincent which made him look bad.
McCartney throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vincent's waist but Vincent gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McCartney off to one side.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Vincent tries a head kick but it misses.
McCartney shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Vincent's guard.

McCartney is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Vincent has escaped the position, nice work there.

Vincent bucks up and tries to throw McCartney off but instead McCartney has got his back!
McCartney is cranking Vincent's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Vincent! He's tightened the choke and Vincent is tapping out!
