Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Van der Laan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Dragunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van der Laan comes to the cage accompanied by Eazy-E ft. Tupac, The Game - How We Do. Dragunov has chosen Red Army - Kalinka as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragunov misses with a series of wild punches.
Van der Laan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dragunov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Dragunov blocks a head kick by Van der Laan.
Van der Laan throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Dragunov misses with a lunging right hand
and Van der Laan counters with a stiff right hand.
Dragunov misses with a body punch
and Van der Laan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Van der Laan.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dragunov dives in and grabs Van der Laan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Van der Laan pushes down on Dragunov's head and hops out.
Van der Laan lands a big head kick that sends Dragunov tumbling to the mat! Van der Laan takes a step backwards and waves Dragunov back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Dragunov misses with a shot to the body
and Van der Laan counters with a big right hand! Oh Dragunov is in trouble here! Van der Laan follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andre Van der Laan!
