Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Wiggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adam Wiggins!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wiggins closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown did well to prevent Wiggins getting side control.
Brown wants to get back to his feet.

Brown kicks Wiggins off and gets back to his feet.
Wiggins throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Wiggins swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Wiggins.
Wiggins tries to clinch up but Brown circles away and keeps his distance.

Wiggins shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wiggins content just to control the position here.
Brown is looking to improve his position but Wiggins isn't that keen on the idea.

Brown avoids a series of strikes thrown by Wiggins.
Wiggins controlling from mount.
Wiggins working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Brown slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wiggins perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Adam Wiggins has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Brown tries to pull guard but Wiggins holds him up against the cage and eventually Brown drops back down to his feet.
Wiggins wants to break free but Brown has control.
Brown tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Wiggins manages to pull guard.

Brown avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Brown trying to control the position from guard on top but Wiggins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Brown landing with the ground and pound.
Brown is looking to work some ground and pound but Wiggins has wrist control.

Wiggins has an active guard here but Brown has managed to pass into half guard.
Wiggins trying to control from the bottom.
Brown is keen to just control but Wiggins is a slippery customer.

Brown performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Brown stalling away here and it's allowed Wiggins to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Wiggins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Brown wants to pass the guard but Wiggins is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brown lands a couple of digs.
Brown with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Wiggins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Wiggins fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Wiggins wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brown keeps working.
Brown manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wiggins's best efforts.
Brown is trying to stand back up but Wiggins is controlling him
Brown is refusing to be controlled, as Wiggins sits in half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Brown tries to get to full guard but Wiggins has control of the leg.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Adam Wiggins was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Wiggins drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Wiggins trying to control the position but Brown is working away.
Wiggins has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Brown!

Wiggins looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Wiggins manages to capitalize on a mistake by Brown to take his back!
Wiggins trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Brown doesn't escape.

Wiggins is persistently looking for the submission but Brown is defending it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wiggins is trying to control but Brown is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.

Wiggins lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Wiggins throws some wild stikes that Brown manages to avoid easily.

Wiggins stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Brown moves out of range as Wiggins throws a body kick.

Wiggins tries to clinch but Brown is having none of it.
Wiggins fails with an attempt to clinch.

Wiggins looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Wiggins is breathing heavily.
Brown working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Wiggins.
Wiggins would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wiggins with a flurry of punches that miss.

Adam Wiggins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!



Brown gets caught napping as Wiggins dives in and scores a takedown. Brown manages to retain guard.
Wiggins trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom.

Brown pushes Wiggins off and scrambles back to his feet.

Wiggins changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Brown looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Wiggins tries to stand but Brown is controlling his head.

Brown is looking to regain half guard here but Wiggins keeps moving and retains side control.
Wiggins takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Brown keeping his opponent close.
Wiggins wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brown keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Adam Wiggins was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Wiggins tries to clinch there but Brown circles away.

Brown closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wiggins quickly recovers to half guard.
Wiggins gets back to full guard.
Wiggins tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Brown gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Brown moves into the clinch successfully.

Wiggins has clasped his hands together around Brown's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Brown is looking for a sweep.
Brown sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Wiggins is keen to just control but Brown is a slippery customer.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Adam Wiggins hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Wiggins looking to score a takedown here. Brown is defending well but Wiggins drives through and ends up in Brown's guard.
Bobby Brown has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wiggins trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Wiggins throws a strike but Brown rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Wiggins is trying to control the position but Brown postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Brown stands up over Wiggins, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Adam Wiggins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Wiggins winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
