Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Helms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tribucka Likeera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Likeera tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Helms manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tribucka Likeera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

so Helms counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Likeera had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Helms defends it easily.
Helms is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Likeera working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Helms doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Helms manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Likeera has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Helms can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Helms tries to free his leg and advance position but Likeera is retaining full guard.

Helms frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Helms cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Helms has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Likeera's face.

Tribucka Likeera's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tribucka Likeera's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
