Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Habakuk Tibatong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tibatong has chosen In Flames - Cloud Connected as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Liddell as Tibatong shoots in.
Tibatong has a takedown stuffed.
Tibatong throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Liddell.
Liddell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Liddell sends Tibatong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Liddell is motioning to the referee to let Tibatong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Tibatong is rocked!

It looks like Habakuk Tibatong has been cut.
Tibatong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Liddell shoots in but no luck this time.

The fighters circle momentarily. Tibatong darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tibatong moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Liddell fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chuck Liddell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Liddell shoots in and drives through. Tibatong sprawls well.

Tibatong tries for a takedown but Liddell circles away easily

and Liddell holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Tibatong pushes Liddell back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Liddell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Tibatong pulls his leg out and moves away.
Horrible takedown by Liddell or perhaps it was just good defense by Tibatong which made him look bad.
Liddell is breathing heavily.

Tibatong has Liddell up against the cage in a clinch.

Tibatong escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Liddell shoots in and drives through. Tibatong sprawls well.

Liddell looks for a takedown but Tibatong sprawls well.

Liddell stuffs the takedown attempt from Tibatong. Tibatong gets slowly back to his feet.
Liddell slips a jab and a cross from Tibatong.
Tibatong throws a head kick that half lands.
Nice uppercut lands for Tibatong. That snapped Liddell's head back.
Tibatong tries to clinch but Liddell moves out of range.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Liddell.
Liddell shoots for a takedown but Tibatong saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Habakuk Tibatong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Tibatong wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Tibatong connects with a nasty looking knee right to Liddell's face.

Liddell is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tibatong gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Liddell breaks from the clinch.
Tibatong throws a sloppy head kick and Liddell moves out of range easily.
Liddell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tibatong shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Liddell as he jumps to the side.
Tibatong lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

and Tibatong counters by moving into the clinch.
Oh Liddell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Tibatong manages to break the clinch.
Tibatong throws a series of punches but Liddell moves out of range.
Liddell shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tibatong counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Liddell! This one is all over!
