It looks like Cyril Salace has been cut.
Salace takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Salace is defended easily by Jackson.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Salace wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position.

Jackson is nestled in close to Salace, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson uses his free foot to push down on Salace's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Salace.
Salace is looking to improve his position but Jackson isn't that keen on the idea.
