Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robin Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akbar Hussein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Akbar Hussein!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Padilla ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hussein moves away.
Hussein should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Hussein shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Padilla keeping full guard, as Hussein tries to pass.
Padilla is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Padilla is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Hussein!
Padilla throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hussein avoids a series of strikes thrown by Padilla.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hussein is looking to get to half guard.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Padilla cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Padilla postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Hussein badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Padilla around the waist but Padilla pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Padilla is the winner by TKO! Padilla jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robin Padilla!
