Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robin Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eminem - Mockingbird. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Bruno Lombardi and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Young or perhaps it was just good defense by Padilla which made him look bad.
Padilla looks to land a left hand but Young moved out of range nicely.
Nice defenses there by Padilla.
Padilla dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Young. That did some damage!
Padilla tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Young paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Young takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Padilla has taken the fight to the clinch.
Padilla tries to throw a body punch but Young avoids it by throwing Padilla back against the cage.
Young has Padilla pressed against the cage.
Padilla doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Padilla lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Padilla misses with the head strike.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Padilla misses with a hook to the ribs.
Young tightens his grip and picks Padilla up, before dumping him to the ground. Padilla manages to land in guard.
Young is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Young dominated that round.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Padilla tries to stall but Young uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Young has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Padilla clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Young somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Young lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Young.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Young gets his hands free as Padilla looks to control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Padilla is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Padilla is working hard here to advance position.
Padilla covering up well under a series of strikes from Young.
Young struggling to keep hold of the position.
Young is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Padilla. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Padilla is rocked!
Young lands strikes from the back and Padilla isn't doing enough to escape the position. The referee steps in to end the fight.
